A performance wheel concept for luxury sports cars, combining brand identity, parametric CAD, 3D printing, CGI film and robot animation.

The project frames Fausa Performance Wheels as a high-end aftermarket brand for sports cars, with a 20-inch wheel designed around five broad spokes, open brake-cooling sections and a minimal performance identity.
Fusion 360

The final wheel was built as a configurable Fusion 360 model, with a structured timeline for adapting dimensions, offsets and vehicle fitment while preserving the core five-spoke design.
The concept targets 6061-T6 aluminium and low-pressure casting, balancing strength, weight, brake airflow and a clean visual identity.

A 1:10 3D print brought the CAD model into physical form. The case also includes an ABB robot animation and custom gripper concept, extending the project from styling into production storytelling.
